Paweł Materniak
Paweł Materniak is an M&A Analyst in the Investment Banking Department. He gained his first business experiences at AMB Consulting where he worked as Junior Currency Analyst. Next, he took a position at Certus Capital, where he was responsible for capital raising and company valuations. Over the course of his career he also took part in the establishment of the Business Angels Network “Łowcy Biznesu”. Prior to joining Augeo Ventures, Paweł worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Secus Asset Management SA.
Paweł participated in various projects such as: capital raising, enterprise valuations, strategy development and currency risk management.
Paweł Studied Finance and Banking at the Wrocław University of Economics, specializing in Global Financial Markets.
Paweł is a great fan of fantasy literature. He prefers to spend his free time in the countryside, in the mountains or in Poland’s great lake districts. He also enjoys playing basketball.
