Czesław Warsewicz
Czesław Warsewicz has been a Partner of Augeo Ventures since its establishment.
In the years 2006 – 2009 Czesław worked as the CEO of PKP Intercity. In this period the Confederation of Polish Employers awarded him with the Vector 2008 Prize for the successful implementation of the restructuring program at PKP Intercity.
Prior to that, he worked for the Provimi-Rolimpex Group, where he was the CFO and a Board Member responsible for the preparation and implementation of a restructuring program.
During his career, Czesław also worked in various consulting companies (EVIP International, CAL) and in the private sector (Company Assistance Sp. z o.o., Raab Karcher Energieservice Sp. z o.o.).
Czesław graduated in Management and Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics. After graduation, he conducted research projects with the Strategic Management Department as well as with the Collegium of World Economy of the Warsaw School of Economics. Czesław also graduated from the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
